Welcome to Tiulip. By browsing or purchasing from tiulip.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, we request you not to use our website or place an order.
1. About us
Tiulip is an independent Indian saree boutique operating online at tiulip.com. We curate and sell handwoven, handblock, and artisan sarees sourced from traditional weavers and craftspeople across India.
2. Placing an order
By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm that the information provided — including your name, shipping address, and payment details — is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to verify the details provided or if a product becomes unavailable. You will be notified and a full refund will be issued in such cases.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices on tiulip.com are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept secure online payments only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time. Tiulip reserves the right to update prices without prior notice, but any change will not affect orders already confirmed
4. Shipping & delivery
We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Tiulip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
5. Returns, exchanges & refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue cash refunds. In the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent product, we offer an exchange or store credit. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Please refer to our full Refund & Exchange Policy for details.
6. Product descriptions & colours
We make every effort to represent our products accurately through photographs and descriptions. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or weave pattern are inherent to handwoven and handcrafted textiles — these are a mark of authenticity, not a defect. Colour appearance may also vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
7. Intellectual property
All content on tiulip.com — including photographs, product names, descriptions, the Tiulip logo, and branding — is the exclusive property of Tiulip and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
8. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to process your order and improve your shopping experience. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
9. Limitation of liability
Tiulip's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions on tiulip.com shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
