Refund policy
At TIULIP, each saree is thoughtfully curated and handled with care. As most of our collections are limited and handcrafted in nature, we currently do not offer returns once an order has been delivered.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue for verification.
Once approved:
• We will offer an exchange for the same product, subject to stock availability, or
• Provide store credit equivalent to the product value.
Please note:
• Products must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags intact.
• Slight color variations due to lighting and screen settings are not considered defects.
• Requests reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
